Each individual may hold only one ck43 account. ck43 reserves the right to conduct identity verification checks at any point during the account lifecycle, including at the time of first withdrawal, when a significant change to account details is submitted, or where suspicious activity is detected. Accounts that fail to pass identity verification may be restricted or closed at ck43's sole discretion.

ck43 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and City Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. ck43 does not charge a platform fee on standard deposit transactions; however, your mobile wallet or bank operator may apply their own transaction charges, for which ck43 accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

ck43 offers bonuses and promotions to eligible registered users from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer, including but not limited to minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, game restrictions, time limits, and maximum withdrawal limits on bonus-derived winnings.

General bonus principles that apply across all ck43 promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

ck43 reserves the right to void any bet or game result in the following circumstances:

• Where there is clear evidence of a technical error, data feed failure, or erroneous odds publication.
• Where the underlying sporting event or casino game was affected by match-fixing, corruption, or any other irregularity that materially affected the outcome.
• Where a bet was placed in violation of these Terms or the specific game rules, including after an event has started where live-betting is not offered.
• Where ck43 has reasonable grounds to believe that the bet was placed fraudulently or as part of a coordinated abuse scheme.

Cricket betting markets offered by ck43 cover BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and international matches involving the Bangladesh Tigers, among other competitions. Pre-match and in-play markets are subject to cut-off times. Bets placed after the published cut-off time will be voided. In-play bet acceptance is subject to connection speed and system capacity; ck43 does not guarantee the acceptance of any in-play bet request.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ck43 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of account balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Use of automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform, place bets, or access any feature.
• Collusion with other players in any casino game or sporting event wagering context.
• Exploitation of software bugs or errors to gain an unfair advantage; any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Money laundering or any attempt to use ck43 as a vehicle for the conversion of illegally obtained funds.
• Match-fixing or insider betting, including placing bets on events for which you possess material non-public information.
• Providing false identity information at registration, during verification, or in any communication with ck43.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment only.

You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the ck43 platform or its content without the express prior written consent of ck43. Unauthorised use of ck43 intellectual property may give rise to civil and/or criminal liability.

ck43's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your ck43 account in the twelve-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ck43 makes no warranty that the platform will be available on an uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure basis. Planned and unplanned maintenance, technical failures, and events outside ck43's reasonable control may periodically affect platform availability. ck43 will use reasonable endeavours to minimise disruption but accepts no liability for losses arising from platform unavailability.

ck43 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The account was registered using false or misleading information.
• The account holder is under 21 years of age.
• The account is being used for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal purpose.
• The account holder has requested self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming policy.
• Continued operation of the account poses a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to ck43.

You may close your ck43 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (after deduction of any outstanding bonus wagering requirements and any funds subject to investigation) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending identity verification requirements.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with ck43 support, it may be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the dispute resolution procedure set out in the ck43 Help Centre.

Nothing in this section limits your statutory consumer rights to the extent they cannot be excluded or limited under applicable mandatory law.
